It's time to get to the real you.

You know your
16 personalities type.
What now?

Sixteen books. Way beyond the four letters.

Book one: the Ultimate ENFP Guide. Out Sept 7.

Why the16types exists

E.N.F.P.

Four letters that make up your interface. The part everyone can see, and where most personality writing ends.

We go beyond. Each type runs an entirely different operating system underneath. That's where you really come to life.

Nothing to look up, no prior knowledge needed. We start at the letters too, and explain every step from there. Bringing that across in an accessible way, that's the reason behind the16types.

Inside every book:

  • The interfaceThe four letters, and what they actually do
  • Your tribeThe types who share your wiring
  • The operating systemThe four functions underneath, in plain English
  • Real lifeLove, friendships, work
  • The growth arcHow you unravel, and how you come back

If you want to know yourself,
this is where you begin.

All sixteen

Find yourself. Then find everyone you know.

Look closer. They get specific ;)

ENFPThe one who finds a reason to smile when it's all falling apart, and makes you find one too. Has said yes to four things tonight. Let's hope they make it.@enfp.energy INFPThe one with a whole other world going on inside. Feels everything at full volume. Shows you about four percent.@infp.within
ENFJThe one who saw who you could become and quietly started building you toward it. Didn't ask. Was right.
INFJThe one who already knew what you were going to say, was already worried about you, and will never tell you either of those things.@infj.vision
ENTPThe one arguing the side they don't believe, just to see what happens. Winning, too. No hard feelings. For them.
INTPThe one who found the flaw in your reasoning, mentioned it, and is baffled that it landed badly. Is now four hours into a theory about why. The theory is airtight.
ENTJThe one who walked in, saw the mess, and had it running by Thursday. Assigned you a role. You'll hear about it at the meeting.
INTJThe one who had a plan, then a plan for when the plan failed, then a plan for that. You'll never see the other two.
ESFJThe one who noticed you went quiet and is already at your door with food. Didn't ask whether you wanted company. Knew you did.@esfj.warmth ISFJThe one who takes care of you and pays attention when nobody else does. Remembers what you need before you need it. Has never once asked for credit.@isfj.heart
ESFPThe one who said yes before you finished your sentence, then somehow made it the best night of the year. Has no idea what's happening next month. Doesn't really need to.
ISFPThe one whose whole inner life shows up in what they make and nowhere else. Feels it in colour. Hands you the picture instead of the words.
ESTJThe one who turned chaos into a schedule and the schedule into a result. Nobody voted for this. Everybody benefits anyway.
ISTJThe one who read the whole document. Yes, that one. Found the error on page 40, mentioned it once, and was right.
ESTPThe one who jumped before the plan existed and worked it out on the way down. Landed fine. Doing it again Thursday.
ISTPThe one who took it apart to see how it worked and put it back better. Nobody asked. Still better.

Five types have a home on Instagram already. The other eleven are on the way.

Who is behind this

I went looking for this book.
I couldn't find it.

So after more than ten years applying MBTI across every part of my life, I decided to write it. Then I realised that every type deserves to deeply understand themselves and the people they love.

So I decided I'd beat Hercules. He had twelve labours. I have sixteen, and given that Hercules is much stronger than me, I'll probably need your cheering along the way. The easiest way to do that is to help other people find it. So if you like what you read, pass on the word :)

We all deserve to be understood.
Not for who we appear to be.
For who we are underneath.
